Robin and Winnie

Robin and Winnie got married on 08 June! This pair of made-to-order dolls are a gift from her good buddies( CZ and friends) who wanted to have something special for them on their big day. The design of the gown was a replica of the gown that Winnie is wearing.

In addition, i brought this pair of dolls for a outdoor shoot at gardens by the bay. Check out the lovely flowers, especially the tulips as it is uncommon to see tulips in Singapore. Through tulip mania, an event by gardens by the bay,  we got to see the tulips, even though they are only here for a short period of time. I really hope that one day i will be able to visit Holland during their Tulip Time festival where i can enjoy the magnificent view of the tulips blooming in the fields!

2 of my friends tied the knot on 31st Mar 2013!
It was a rush and busy day attending two weddings on the same day but i'm happy that both myself and my dolls get to be part of this joyous event!

Aaron and Abbie tied the knot on 29 Sep 12~Congratulations!! 

 

Kenny and Sharon

A magical and unique event happened on 20.05.12~ 

This day makes the union of Mario and Piglet. 

Specially made for Kenny and Sharon who are fans of the characters.

 Amy ( Kenny's sister) wanted a special gift for her brother and sister-in-law and this is how we came up with this unique combination~ 

Mario dressed formally in a blue suit and bride dressed in a matching color to that of piglet's color with a piglet beanie carrying an unique flower. 

I hope they like it and am happy that they have the honor to be part of their very special day!

 Making the piglet beanie is really tough! It was after multiple attempts before it finally resembles piglet.

Just married!

Congratulations to Nik and Jennifer who tied the knot yesterday!

Though it was rush i'm glad to be able to make it on time before their big day ! (phew~)

Wedding dolls for Ben and Jorine

This pair of wedding dolls is for Ben and Jorine

and there are many first attempts for me while making this pair! 

First time making a spiky hair ( as requested by his friends as Ben always has spiky hair)..

First time making a curly ponytail for the bride.. 

Took me some time to figure it out, but I'm really glad it turn out the way I wanted it to be :D

The gown colour is really a challenge for me! Using the photo given to me as a guide, i was really trying hard to find a colour close to that of the actual gown

 ( actual gown colour was pale yellow). 

In the end i used an off-white yarn for the gown as yellow colour is really similar to beige colour (variety of yarn in sg is just so limited! )

Wedding Dolls for Gioia and Hubby

This pair of lovely wedding doll is for Gioia and Hubby and they are getting married in the last quarter this year. I'm so excited as this pair of dolls will be part of the photo shoot! Gioia requested a pair of glasses for the groom. Isn't it cute with round glasses?? (I personally think it kinda looks like Harry Potter!  ) Highlight of the bride is the waistline design and the ribbon at the back!
